1. Agreement Between You and Us

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and ENGAGE RAIN LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ENGAGE RAIN LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for Kiddo Wallet and its content.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Kiddo Wallet is designed to be operated by a parent or guardian on behalf of their family.

2. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Kiddo Wallet on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms and Conditions, and on the web at kiddowallet.com.

This licence does not allow you to resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once, except as permitted by those Usage Rules.

3. What Kiddo Wallet Is

Kiddo Wallet is a digital reward chart for families. Parents set up tasks, children mark them as done, and a parent confirms. The App keeps a record of what was earned — in stars, stickers, or an amount you choose — along with a history of rewards given and redeemed.

4. No Money Is Held in the App

Balances shown in Kiddo Wallet are a record only. They have no monetary value, are not a deposit, are not stored funds, and cannot be redeemed from us for cash or anything else.

ENGAGE RAIN LLC is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution, and Kiddo Wallet is not a financial product. Any allowance or reward you agree with your child is given by you, directly, outside the App. We are not a party to it.

5. Your Account

When you use Kiddo Wallet, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account login details secure
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account, including activity by family members you invite
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe anyone else's rights or privacy
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another family's data
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Upload malware or harmful content

7. Plans, Subscriptions and Payment

Kiddo Wallet is free to use with one wallet, up to 20 custom tasks, and up to two family members. Paid plans remove those limits and add bonus rewards.

We currently offer two auto-renewing subscriptions — Family Monthly and Family Annual — and two one-time purchases, Lifetime and Founder. One-time purchases do not renew and there is nothing to cancel. The price, billing period and what is included are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency.

• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends.
• For purchases made on iPhone or iPad, payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation, and renewals are charged to the same account.
• You can view, manage and cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings, under your Apple Account, in Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period.
• Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.
• Purchases made on the web at kiddowallet.com are processed by Stripe, and are managed through the billing portal linked in the App.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved. Your family's records are not deleted, and you can return to the free plan at any time.
• We may change our prices. A price change to an existing auto-renewing subscription takes effect at the next renewal, and Apple will notify you in advance where required.

8. Maintenance and Support

ENGAGE RAIN LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for Kiddo Wallet. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services. You can reach us at support@kiddowallet.com.

9. Warranty

ENGAGE RAIN LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

10. Product Claims

You acknowledge that ENGAGE RAIN LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Kiddo Wallet or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content in Kiddo Wallet, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of ENGAGE RAIN LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The content you create — your tasks, your family's records — remains yours.

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, ENGAGE RAIN LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

12. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Disclaimer

Kiddo Wallet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will meet your particular needs
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

Kiddo Wallet is a record-keeping tool, not financial, legal, or parenting advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENGAGE RAIN LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses arising out of your use of the service.

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you are currently paying for, we will give you reasonable notice.

16. Termination

If you break these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. On termination, your right to use the service stops immediately.

You can stop using Kiddo Wallet at any time and delete your account from within the App. Deleting your account removes your family's data from our systems; this cannot be undone.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Any change is posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer protection right you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

19. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
