1. What We Collect

Kiddo Wallet collects only what it needs to run your family's reward chart:

• Account information: your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the basic profile details those services return. We never receive your Google or Apple password.
• Your family's content: wallet names, the tasks you create, completion records, reward and redemption history, and any notes you add.
• Photos you choose to upload: if you set a picture for a wallet, that image is stored in a private bucket and is served only through short-lived signed links. Adding a photo is optional — the app works without one.
• Purchase information: which plan your family is on, its status and renewal date, and the transaction identifiers our payment providers give us. We never see or store your card number.
• Device and usage information: a notification token if you turn on notifications, a session identifier, in-app events such as starting a checkout, the page that referred you, your device or browser user agent, and your language setting.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone, or health data.
• We never see your card number or bank details — payments are handled entirely by Apple or Stripe.
• We do not hold money. Balances in Kiddo Wallet are a record only and have no monetary value.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or use it for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the service
• Track tasks, rewards, and balances for each wallet
• Let the family members you invite manage the same family with you
• Send the notifications you have turned on
• Give you access to the plan you paid for
• Understand which parts of the app get used, so we can improve them
• Respond when you contact support

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on these services, each handling data only for its own part of the product:

• Supabase: database, file storage, and authentication. Data is stored on servers in the United States.
• Google: Sign in with Google, if you choose it.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, and delivery of push notifications.
• RevenueCat: processes and validates in-app purchases made on iPhone and iPad.
• Stripe: processes payments made on the web at kiddowallet.com.

5. Children's Privacy

Kiddo Wallet is set up and run by a parent or guardian. Accounts belong to adults — a child does not create an account, give us an email address, or enter personal details. What a child does in the app, such as marking a task done, is recorded under the wallet their parent created.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Keeping and Deleting Your Data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your family's wallets, tasks, records, and uploaded pictures from our systems, and cannot be undone.

Copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being overwritten.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Export your data
• Delete your account and its data

Depending on where you live you may have further rights, for example under the GDPR or the CCPA. Write to us and we will help.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Wallet pictures live in a private bucket that is not publicly readable. Access to production data is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your family's records as data we would want protected ourselves.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Any change is posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and where a change materially affects how we handle your data we will tell you in the app.
